X-Ray diagnostics

Kodak 2200 intra-oral radiographic equipment

The Kodak 2200 intra-oral X-ray equipment is a high-frequency compact digital radiographic unit. The images prepared are of the highest quality and superb resolution. The images wae produced with the very minimum of radioactive contamination ensured by the HF (high frequency) technology with short irradiation periods. The machine uses settings made automatically to suit the patient, and, as a result, there is a totally safe diagnostic procedure which produces minimal radioactive contamination.
We take intra-oral radiographic images of one or two teeth to confirm earlier decisions, to measure the length of the root canal before root canal treatment to check the presence or absence of decay. If needed, detailed images may be taken of parts of any intervention, which can be provided for you digitally if required.

Kodak 8000 digital panorama radiographic equipment

The Kodak 8000 is a digital panoramic radiographic unit with high resolution whose high-frequency (HF) technology and rapid digital data processing produce images of the highest quality. This unit produces 70% less radioactive contamination than the norm.
We can take images with our panoramic X-ray of the whole mouth which shows teeth, jawbones and some parts of the maxillary sinus. It serves as a screening for cancer. Parts with any form of cancerous growth can be recognised easily and measures can be taken. We can also study teeth still in the bone.
